Bill Catania, CEO and Founder

Bill has direct experience in new business start-ups through his Motorsports/e-Commerce based business RaceFan, Inc. This Internet-based motor sports marketing venture was started while he was in college and rapidly grew to become one of the nation’s premier online motorsports informational sites. While at RaceFan, Bill identified and negotiated the purchase of several major .com properties, which he then leveraged into one property, RaceFan.com. He turned RaceFan.com into a major news syndication service, serving the needs of Fox Sports, PRIMEDIA, NASCAR.com and several regional motorsports publishers. He is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned and retained a “Cornell Tradition Fellowship Scholarship” for a period of four years. He is widely published for both his motorsports and retail loyalty marketing expertise.

Mike Kavis, Chief Technology Officer

Mike’s expertise includes Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy & Planning, Organizational Change Management, Cloud Computing, BPM, SOA, Web 2.0 and Business Intelligence. He is on the Board of Directors of Center for the Advancement of the Enterprise Architecture Profession (CAEAP) serving the role of Director of Social Technologies. Mike is also working with thought leaders from the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) to help establish standards and raise awareness of risks and issues for cloud computing and mitigation strategies for resolving them. He has more than 23 years of IT experience including 12 years in leadership positions and over 16 years in retail marketing services at Catalina Marketing and Eckerd Drug Corporation. Mike is a free lance technology writer and is currently writing quarterly articles for SOAInstitute.org. He has written several articles for CIO.com and has presented at numerous technology conferences. Mike received his BS in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and his MBA and MSIT from Colorado Tech.

Steven Goforth, Executive Vice President Business Development

Steve is a twenty year executive with board level presence combining knowledge of technology, with business acumen and sales success. He is an expert in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – involved in the development and sales of two of the leading retail CRM products. Steve has a track record of turning conceptual thinking into strategic partnerships that exceed business goals through consultative sales with a proven ability to develop and sell solutions to exceed the expectations of the client. His retail technology experience includes senior level roles at Catalina Marketing, Fujitsu ICL and Jewel-Osco of Florida. Steve holds an MBA in MIS from the University of South Florida.

Kelly Drumm, PromoGroup, President

For the past 18 years, Kelly has taken an aggressive leadership approach to increase the growth, visibility and profitability of Promotion Group Central. Kelly led the agency to earn the honor of being one of PROMO magazine’s top 15 promotional agencies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications at Arizona State University and a Masters of Business Administration at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Bill Evans, PromoGroup, Vice President, New Business Development

Bill joined PromoGroup in 2008 after a 15 year sales and account relationship management career on Wall Street. He served as Vice President of Institutional Fixed Income Sales at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Bringing a different outlook and new energy to PromoGroup, Bill’s focus is on expanding the company’s footprint and creating new business partnerships. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.

Jeff Molitor, PromoGroup, Vice President, Business Operations

Jeff began his career at PromoGroup in 1999 as lead account manager for the company’s west coast efforts covering from San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle for such retail, manufacturing and entertainment clients as Paramount, Qualcomm, Jabra and Clarion. In 2001 he accepted a new role in business operations, in which his focus has been providing legal risk management, including authorship of all contracts and agreements; writing sweepstakes rules with coordination of legal counsel; and scheduling, producing and delivering all agency deliverables with maximum efficiency and profitability. Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts in Art (Photography) from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Jeff Toewe, Executive Vice President of Content

Jeff is a versatile executive who has a strong grasp of new technologies and business development. Jeff is helping to grow iLoop Mobile, a leading mobile content delivery platform in the industry, into the mobile industry’s most effective and far-reaching platform solution. Prior to his current roles in technology sales, Jeff was Strategic Sales Director for Air2Web, and also spent 7 years prior as an enterprise web engineer for AT&T Wireless (Cingular). Previously, Jeff was Technology Director of CInergy International, a UK-based firm specializing in market intelligence solutions for European Mobile Operators and Retailers. Jeff is currently an advisor to CInergy, contributing to decisions relating to technology investments, hiring, partnerships, and business priorities. Jeff holds a BA from Saint Joseph’s University in Politics, an MSIS in Information Systems from Drexel University (Honors), and a Master’s Certificate in Competitive Intelligence.

Kevin Seeker, Chief Marketing Officer

Kevin has spent more than 15 years in the wireless communications industry in both operational and marketing capacities. Prior to his return to Erie, he was the Director of Marketing of GUAMCELL and SIAPANCELL Communications, a wireless service provider for the Micronesia Islands. He had several significant accomplishments at GUAMCELL. They were the first international wireless carrier to launch CDMA PTT outside of USA and the first international wireless carrier to launch Qualcomm BREW. Over the years he supervised the advertising and marketing efforts of ALLTEL, Teligent, and SunCom AT&T. He is a graduate of Gannon University with a BS in Communications.

Greg Rapp, VP of Engineering

Greg is a 27 year veteran of IT. During his career he has held virtually every position from programmer through Chief Software Architect. He is extremely customer focused and results oriented. While at the St. Petersburg Times – one of the top 10 Newspapers in the US, he worked on all financial, operational, and advertising systems designing and implementing powerful and scalable client-server architectures as well as a comprehensive Executive Information System. At Catalina Marketing he specialized in projects designing optimized data structures, algorithms and platforms to help manage and process multi hundred billion record datasets at extraordinary high speeds, and constant optimization of existing processes, often achieving orders of magnitude in performance gains. Greg has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Dan Bensur, COO

Dan has more than 20 years of business management and ownership. He is the sole proprietor of Bensur Creative Marketing Group. A well known creative and strategic marketing firm serving the private label industry, working with Ralston Foods, Cott Beverage, Carriage House Companies and Dean Foods. Bensur is frequently utilized as a resource in the private label industry, sharing his insights in trade journals and addressing conventions and industry share groups. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Gannon University in Business. He serves on several local and regional boards.
