Bill Catania, CEO and Founder
Bill has direct experience in new business start-ups through his Motorsports/e-Commerce based business RaceFan, Inc. This Internet-based motor sports marketing venture was started while he was in college and rapidly grew to become one of the nation’s premier online motorsports informational sites. While at RaceFan, Bill identified and negotiated the purchase of several major .com properties, which he then leveraged into one property, RaceFan.com. He turned RaceFan.com into a major news syndication service, serving the needs of Fox Sports, PRIMEDIA, NASCAR.com and several regional motorsports publishers. He is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned and retained a “Cornell Tradition Fellowship Scholarship” for a period of four years. He is widely published for both his motorsports and retail loyalty marketing expertise.

Dan Bensur, Founder
Dan has more than 20 years of business management and ownership. He is the sole proprietor of Bensur Creative Marketing Group. A well known creative and strategic marketing firm serving the private label industry, working with Ralston Foods, Cott Beverage, Carriage House Companies and Dean Foods. Bensur is frequently utilized as a resource in the private label industry, sharing his insights in trade journals and addressing conventions and industry share groups. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Gannon University in Business. He serves on several local and regional boards.

Kevin Seeker, Founder
Kevin has spent more than 15 years in the wireless communications industry in both operational and marketing capacities. Prior to his return to Erie, he was the Director of Marketing of GUAMCELL and SIAPANCELL Communications, a wireless service provider for the Micronesia Islands. He had several significant accomplishments at GUAMCELL. They were the first international wireless carrier to launch CDMA PTT outside of USA and the first international wireless carrier to launch Qualcomm BREW. Over the years he supervised the advertising and marketing efforts of ALLTEL, Teligent, and SunCom AT&T. He is a graduate of Gannon University with a BS in Communications.

Mike Kavis, Chief Technology Officer

Mike’s expertise includes Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy & Planning, Organizational Change Management, Cloud Computing, BPM, SOA, Web 2.0 and Business Intelligence. He is on the Board of Directors of Center for the Advancement of the Enterprise Architecture Profession (CAEAP) serving the role of Director of Social Technologies. Mike is also working with thought leaders from the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) to help establish standards and raise awareness of risks and issues for cloud computing and mitigation strategies for resolving them. He has more than 23 years of IT experience including 12 years in leadership positions and over 16 years in retail marketing services at Catalina Marketing and Eckerd Drug Corporation. Mike is a free lance technology writer and is currently writing quarterly articles for SOAInstitute.org. He has written several articles for CIO.com and has presented at numerous technology conferences. Mike received his BS in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and his MBA and MSIT from Colorado Tech.
